Trade different markets. Keep a consistent review.
The instruments change. The questions remain familiar: what was the setup, how much did you risk, how did you execute and what did it cost? Abridyn gives your market research and completed-trade review a consistent place to live.

Stocks: review the symbol and the execution.
Keep share quantity, entry, exit, direction and fees with the record. Use symbol filters to review a stock’s completed trades, then return to the chart and your research notes for context.
Separate the setups and sessions you trade. That makes it easier to compare the process behind the results rather than treating every stock trade as the same decision.
Forex: get the quantity and currency right.
Check whether the export expresses size in units or lots and which currency it uses for P&L. Prepare a consistent USD basis for the supported Journal fields before combining results.
Use the instrument, session and playbook filters to keep each group clear. Check the broker’s point-value and cost conventions when preparing the CSV.
Crypto: preserve the contract details.
Spot and derivatives can use different sizing, fee and settlement conventions. Keep the exact instrument and quantity with the record and map the completed result carefully.
Record the costs included in your P&L and retain the source statement for funding or settlement detail. A consistent record gives you a much stronger basis for review.
Compare your process across markets.
Use symbols, account labels and playbooks to keep each market organized. Compare the same period and check trade count, exposure and costs alongside the total.
Look for repeatable questions: where did you follow the plan, where did you change size and which execution mistakes keep appearing? Combine dollar results only when the records share a consistent accounting basis.

Common questions.
How do I bring my records into Abridyn?
Use CSV upload or manual entry for completed trades. Check quantity, multiplier, currency and fees in the preview.
What makes a cross-market comparison useful?
A consistent period and accounting basis, with enough detail to compare setup, sizing, costs and execution. Keep records separate until they can be compared accurately.
